SHIPPING
As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. You will also receive an email with the tracking information so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.
- During collection launches, Black Friday Week and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@akinolashes.com.au as soon as possible. We will accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
