Politique d'expédition

At Akinolashes, our team takes great pride in fulfilling your orders with accuracy and speed. Due to the nature of shipping times and the potential issues that can arise in transit, we ask that you please read through our policies below to ensure as few problems as possible. 

FULFILLMENT TIMES
All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 business hours, Monday-Friday. Orders made after 2PM AEST on Friday as well as orders placed Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Follow this tracking number, as Akinolashes Is not liable for your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier or your international post if you have any concerns regarding your order.

Please note: We will not be able to refund for shipping costs as they are paid directly to the carrier.

SHIPPING
Standard shipping times are on average 5-8 business days. This can vary depending on your location, but is an estimate of time. Our standard shipping method requires a signature for delivery of orders.

Express shipping times are on average 1-2 business days. This can vary depending on your location, but is an estimate of time. Our express shipping method requires a signature for delivery of orders.

Please double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.

Akinolashes is not responsible for delays in shipping incurred by Australia Post. We ship our products promptly and lost or stolen items are not eligible for refunds or credits. As we rely on Australia Post for our domestic and overseas postal services, there are occasions where unexpected delays are beyond our control. Once the order has been accepted by Australia Post, Akinolashes is no longer liable for the order.

TRACKING
All tracking details are sent in an email/SMS once your order has been dispatched. A link to track your package is included in the email/SMS, however if you would like to track your package directly from the postal service, please see the links below:

MISSING PARCEL
If your parcel goes missing you will need to lodge an inquiry with Australia Post yourself. This will be very unlikely as we include tracking and shipping signature on delivery. Akinolashes will also try and assist you if necessary.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@akinolashes.com.au as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS & OTHER FEES
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied.
Akinolashes is not responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office
