ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you purchased a physical product and you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase or for whatever reason, please send an email with your order # to info@akinolashes.com.au
** In the email, there MUST be an order # and proof of damaged/can not be used product(s) **
In the event of a damaged/can not be used product, a refund will be processed.
All Sales are FINAL:
All products (digital and physical) purchased during a promotional or sale period will be ineligible for refunds.
Lost or Stolen Items:
It is unfortunate that sometimes, our orders do get lost or stolen before it reaches you! In the event of this occurring, it is best to contact your local post office for further assistance. It is outside of our control once the order has been handed off to shipping couriers like Australia post.
Course and deposits
Please note that all in person courses have a non-refundable deposit of $500. The deposit is non-refundable however may be used as a credit for another date of training dependent on availability.
Course dates cannot be amended within 2 weeks of start date, so please make sure you are available prior to booking. Deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 2 weeks and a new deposit is required.
All courses are non-refundable.
If for any reason, you feel as if you were not happy with the course we provided please get in touch with us so we can accommodate to you.
How to make a return ?
Once you have checked you are eligible for a return, please get in contact with our support team at info@akinolashes.com.au and we will get in contact within 24-48 hours. Please ensure you have proof of purchase along with your order number. Please note shipping and handling fees will be covered by consumer we do not cover return fees.
